1454851 Laminated porous-surfaced plastics sheet KUREHA KAGAKU KOGYO KK 8 Feb 1974 [14 Feb 1973] 5961/74 Heading B5N [Also in Division B6] A laminate in which one surface has an opencell surface is made in Example 6 by hot-pressing sheets of (i) polyethylene containing 60 wt. per cent particulate CaCO 3 filler and (ii) ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 8 wt. per cent vinyl acetate, and uniaxially stretching in a water bath at 80‹ C. The opencell surface is inked to produce a picture, and the picture is fixed by melting the surface with a hand roller.
