For this purpose, an electrostatic field is created in a combustion chamber of the hybrid rocket engine by means of a high-voltage system, including a high-voltage source and two electrodes.EFFECT: invention increases the combustion rate of solid fuel component in the combustion chamber and increases the hybrid rocket engine thrust.1 cl, 1 dwg
