<p>The mechanism travels in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle to be loaded, having a vertical loading conveyor travelling in the transverse direction. On the gantry, travelling in the longitudinal direction, is a crab (3) travelling crosswise, with a conveyor belt (8) underneath it. In the centre of a frame (10) slewing on the crab is a vertical loading conveyor (9) with a guide shaft, while a ram ont he gantry thrusts the bundles (5) onto the belt. a movable stop restricts the distance for which the bundles can travel on the latter, coupled to a ram acting int he opposite direction. The ram and a swing frame are attached to the crab.</p> |
