<p>The press comprises a main cage provided with a perforated cylindrical wall which may be driven in rotation by a motor and an auxiliary cage having a perforated wall integral with a plate which is movable in translation and connected to rotate with the main cage. A screw is provided and driven in rotation by a motor on which screw the hub of the movable plate is screwthreadedly mounted. The end wall of the press is rotatably mounted on the screw. When pressing, the juice flows radially through the two perforated walls.</p> |
