<p>Thiazoline derivatives represented by the general formula: <IMAGE> wherein X1 represents hydrogen or methyl; Y1 and Y2 each represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy or trifluoromethyl; R1 represents hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl; R2 represents C1-3 alkyl or C3-5 alkenyl and Z represents hydrogen, carboxy or carboxy ester group and its esters and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, synthesized by quaternization and acid-elimination reaction being useful as anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, analgesic and anti-pyretic agents.</p> |
