Extending sun blind for construction vehicle - using roller blind level over outside of windscreen on adjustable frame

The extending sun blind is mounted over the outside of the windscreen in a roller blind of container attached to the top edge of the windscreen. The blind is extended in a horizontal direction by telescopic struts (13) along either side of the cab roof, and engaged by handgrips (16) through the open side windows. The blind does not reduce the space inside the cab, where extra controls can be mounted. It provides improved shade for the cab, and reduces sun glare on the windscreen, especially when it is dusty.
