Fish and chip frying oil reconditioning - by horizontal paper filter in tank with suction device

Edible oil which has been contaminated in fish and chips frying establishments can be reconditioned in a tank which is separated by a horizontal filter into an upper part of the contaminated oil and lower part for the clean oil. A suction device is connected to the latter to suck the oil through the filter. This removes all foreign particles and residue from the oil and makes it ready for re-use. The oil consumption is thereby greatly reduced.
