<p>A file has a pin-type document binding mechanism formed by two co-operating binding elements which can be united to close and lock the binding and so secure documents therein, and the binding has two captive, slideable brackets which can be pulled apart until they protrude from either end of the spine of the file to enable the file to be suspended spine-uppermost between rails of a file suspension system.</p> |
