This polyamide elastomer is obtained by reacting at least components (a), (b), (c), and (d) below. Component (a) is at least one compound represented by general formula (1) (in general formula (1): each R1 either represents the same C1 or higher straight-chain alkylene group, or independently represents a C1 or higher straight-chain alkylene group; n denotes a real number equal to or greater than 0; and in cases when 2 or more compounds are present, all the R1s and ns may be the same, or at least one of the R1s and ns may be different). Component (b) is at least one compound represented by general formula (2) (in general formula (2): R2 denotes a direct bond, or a C1 or higher straight-chain alkylene group; and in cases when two or more compounds are present, all the R2s may be the same, or at least one of the R2s may be different). Component (c) is at least one compound represented by general formula (3) (in general formula (3): R3 denotes a C1 or higher alkylene group; and in cases when two or more compounds are present, all the R3s may be the same, or at least one of the R3s may be different). Component (d) is at least one compound represented by general formula (4) (in general formula (4): x+z is at least 1 but not more than 6; and y is at least 1 but not more than 20). The molar ratio (c/d) of component (c) to component (d) is in the range of 8/2 to 1/9. |
