The container is rectangular and has two parts, a base (2) and a lid (1). The parts are formed together by a pair of hinges (3, 4) fitted to the edge of each container. Both lid and base are fitted with handles (5) and latches (6, 7). A reinforcing ring (8) surrounds the top of the base. The sides of the base slope outwards from the base towards the top so that a number of bases may be stacked inside one another when disconnected from the hinged lid. The lids are similarly shaped and may also be stacked in the same way. |
