<p>1399230 Pyrazolodiazepines PARKE DAVIS & CO 13 Dec 1973 [15 Dec 1972] 57926/73 Heading C2C Compounds of the general formula (R 1,2 =Me, Et; R 3 =H, Me; R 4 =H, Me, Et; W=Cl, Br, F, Me, NO 2 , OH, CF 3 , NH 2 , CN, N 3 ; Y, Z = H or one = Cl, Me) and their acid addition salts are prepared by condensing a halopyrazolophenone or its imine with an ethylenediamine or oxidizing a hexahydropyrazolodiazepine, followed by introduction of Br, NO 2 , NH 2 , CN or N 3 when W = H and optionally followed by salt formation. The above compounds are antidepressants, and may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier.</p> |
