PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the accuracy of information processing using a captured image, with minimum time and effort.SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus 10, an information processing unit 62 executes information processing, such as games, on the basis of user operation received by an input information acquisition unit 50 and an image captured with a stereo camera and received by a captured image acquisition unit 52, and an output data generation unit 66 outputs a result thereof to a display. At the time, a tracking processing unit 54 detects an image of a corresponding marker from a stereo image, to acquire position information of an object, on the basis of parallax thereof. A calibration determination unit 64 determines the necessity of camera calibration, on the basis of vertical displacement of the detected marker image, and requests the output data generation unit 66 to notify a user about it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
