The alarm system is for a motor vehicle, and will emit an electronic acoustic as well as an optical alarm. It is automatic and intermittent and can be connected to the headlamps, so that it will be easy to identify the vehicle producing the alarm quickly, particularly in the dark. The battery will function as the voltage source of the system which will use the horn in combination with a reproduction unit, amplifier and loudspeaker as the sound source. The horn will transmit an intermittent signal in combination with an acoustic warning in spoken text. The alarm will be triggered when a particular circuit is closed. It is activated by a key and de-activated by a pushbutton.
