PURPOSE:To reduce the specific resitivity and to increase the permissible current density more than 10 times that of Al wiring, by using Cu substantially as the wiring material, and by coating the heat-proof metal, that is the alloy of W, Mo, Ti, Cr, Al and Al as the major base around the material. |
