<p>LIQUID DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS Heavy duty liquid detergent compositions containing a mixture of particular nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, alkanolamines, and minor amounts of fatty acidbased corrosion inhibitors, said compositions being especially adapted for stain and soil removal from fabrics either when applied directly to such fabrics before washing or when employed as detergent compositions for conventional fabric laundering, are provided. In a preferred embodiment an alkali metal base in an amount sufficient to raise the pH of the composition to 7.5 to 10 is added for increased corrosion inhibition.</p> |
