The present invention provides an antibody which has D271E and S299A mutations in the Fc region of a heavy chain and specifically binds to CD154. The antibody of the present invention can be effectively used in prevention or treatment of autoimmune diseases since the antibody exhibits superior immunosuppressive effects without the side effect of thrombus generation by blocking the binding to FcƔRII while maintaining the binding to FCƔRI and FCƔRIII.
