<p>The wall and ceiling filling composition may be prepared for use by addition of water and contains a fibrous base material and a binder; it may additionally contain filler and also optionally other additives. The mass is prepared by converting the fibrous base material to flock and then mixing it with the binder. Additionally, dry-comminuted filler and optionally other additives may be admixed. Waste materials may be used as the base material and as the filler.</p> |
