<p>The machine comprises a plurality of operating members dependent upon at least one common-phase synchronisation member (4) of the machine performing a continuous rotating movement. To facilitate phase-coordination of the operating members, the device is provided with a pulse generator (5, A, B) associated with said common-phase synchronisation member (4) performing a continuous rotating movement, designed to emit a succession of at least two series of pulses of equal period and phase-shifted with respect to each other. Provision is also made for a negative OR logic device of the exclusive type (8) which discriminates the succession of combinations of said pulses and is connected to said pulse generator (5, A, B), as well as a counter (9) connected to the output (U) of said logic device and a code converter (12) connected to said counter having a plurality of outputs (U1, U2 ...
