<p>The tip is for shoe heels, especially for ladies high heels, and is made of plastics material. In its face (2) in contact with the ground there is a hollow (3) in which a metal plate (4) is inserted. The hollow and the plate are both polygonal in shape. The plate is joined to a metal rod (5) which passes through a hole (6) in the tip and extends above it. The vertical part of the tip is inserted in the lower extremity of a split metal tube (10) which is inserted in a narrow hole (9) in the axis of the heel (8).</p> |
