发明名称 DISPERSING METHOD FOR FINELY DIVIDED MAGNESIUM COMPOUND IN ORGANIC SOLVENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To stably disperse a finely divided Mg cpd. of high conce. by reacting Mg(OH)2 with H2O2 in an org. solvent such as toluene using Mg, Ca or Ba neutral salt of naphthenic acid, etc. as a dispersant. CONSTITUTION:1 mol of Mg(OH)2 is reacted with 0.1-0.5 mol of H2O2 at 60- 80 deg.C in an org. solvent such as toluene using Mg, Ca or Ba neutral salt of naphthenic acid or 18-22C alkenyl carboxylic acids as a dispersant. The ratio of the neutral salt to Mg(OH)2 is 1:1 - 15. esp. 1:2 - 12 by mol. The resulting dispersion is directly used as an additive, etc. By adding the above org. solvent or substituting other solvent for the solvent contained, the concn. and org. solvent compsn. of the dispersion can be regulated.
