PURPOSE:To reduce chip area and lower cost by using the signal of a high voltage circuit system as the input to a low voltage circuit in MOSICs for watches. CONSTITUTION:The input signal f passes through the inverter 1' of a low voltage system VL thence through a level shift circuit 5 to be converted to a high voltage system VH, whereby the signal F is obtained. The signal F and its inverted signal F' are made the input signals to the respective CMOS transistors of the output inverters 3', 4' of the low voltage system VL. As a result, the output of large current may be obtained even with the CMOS transistors of a small area. |
