PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in size and thickness by non-symmetrically disposing magnetic poles of two stators having yokes provided with driving coils, disposing a permanent magnet as a rotor in the space enclosed by the magnetic poles and constituting the converter with a simple electronic circuit without using any mechanical vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 3 assumes a narrow magnetic gap with the magnetic poles 16 and 17 of yokes 18 and 19 having a slight non-symmetrical circular gap and constitutes a magnetic circuit together with the yokes 18 and 19 and a magnetic core 20 wound with a driving coil 21 and feedback coil 22. When the pulse current is flowed to the driving coil 21 at each fixed period, the magnetic poles 16, 17 magnetize to N, S poles as shown in the figure. Then the N, S poles of the permanent magnet mutually repulse and attract, thus strongly turning the converter body 1 in the direction from a banking pin 6 to a banking pin 7 and rapidly returning to the original position as the pulse current is cut off. Each time when an arm 2 reciprocates between the banking pins 6, 7, a feed pawl 8 feeds and rotated a ratchet wheel 10 by one tooth. |
