PURPOSE:To ensure an extremely simple measurement of the connection delay time by connecting the connection delay time measuring instrument to an optional terminal of the exchange network. CONSTITUTION:Measuring instrument 1 for the connection delay time is connected fixedly to an optional measured terminal MT via bus 5 between measured terminals 4. Then the calling of the exchange is detected 8 and counted through the action of relay L via the closed circuit of terminal MT1, bus l1, measuring instrument terminal Q1, potential detector circuit 8, terminal Q2, bus l1, measured terminal MT2, the winding of relay L and the battery each. In this way, the connection delay time can be measured in an extremely simple way. |
