<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a denitrator as an independent boiler by cooling NH3 gas or the like in a jet pipe with cooling water in conduits provided along the pipe in hot exhaust gas and by evaporating the water with the hot gas. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water 4 is fed to steam drum 11 with feed pump 13 and supplied to conduits 6 6 with circulation pump 12. When water 4 passes through conduits 6 6, it cools jet gas 5 such as NH3. At the same time, water 4 is heated with hot exhaust gas 2 to be evaporated partially. The steam-contg. water is fed to drum 11 and separated into steam and water. The steam is supplied to a use site and used as auxiliary steam. On the other hand, NH3 gas 5 to be jetted from jet holes 10 of jet pipe 9 is kept at around 400 deg.C with water 4 and jetted into exhaust gas 2 to induce denitration.</p> |
