PURPOSE:To ensure automatic stop of the top dead center by converting the speed of revolution of the flywheel into d.c. voltage making automatic angle advance of the contactless switch by the voltage. CONSTITUTION:A rotating disc is mounted to the end of crank axle and a contactless switch 8 is installed close to the rotating disk 7. The number of revolution of the flywheel 3 is detected by a count sensor 10 as pulse and converted to d.c. voltage by the frequency-voltage conversion section 11 and applied to the control pulse generation and modulation section 12. Then, it is made into pulse of about 1.5+ or -0.5m/sec and applied to the angle advancing section 9. Once the contactless switch 8 is set so that angle advance is made in proportion to the speed of revolution of the crank axle, automatic stop of top dead center is performed surely by breaking of the clutch 4. |
