The present invention relates to a polarizing plate. More particularly, the present invention relates to a polarizing plate and an image display comprising the same. The polarizing plate includes a polarizer and a protection film arranged on at least one side of the polarizer. A diffusion adhesion layer and a transparent adhesion layer are interposed between the polarizer and at least one protection film. The diffusion adhesion layer includes a first diffusion particle and a second diffusion particle with different average diameters. Thereby, a moire phenomenon can be prevented, and accordingly, visibility can be improved.
