Chocolate easter eggs - made in wrappings of pvc foil

In a process for making hollow chocolate egges the product is produced in its wrapping hermetically sealed under vacuum. The wrapping may be PVC foil having a treated surface, drawn from a spool by claws or rollers. The PVC may be transparent or metallised. One surface of the PVC is coated with a sticky material. The PVC is then vacuum formed and may be cut in half. The wrapping may be placed in moulds and chocolae introduced.
