摘要 The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to devices providing linear movement of a machining tool relative to the item being machined, and can be used in high-precision processing equipment for cutting of silicon plates with a diamond disk tool. The result to which the proposed technical solution is directed consists in a significant decrease in amplitude of free oscillations. This result is attained, according to the proposed technical solution, by introducing the following interconnected elements into a belt-transmission coordinate drive: an additional motive force module, a unit for determining self-oscillation amplitude of a carriage movable along a guide, a narrow bandpass filter with a transmission band corresponding to the movable carriage self-oscillation frequency, a vibration sensor mounted on a movable carriage in the direction of its movement, and a unit for determining electric power consumed by the electric motor; and in a method for motive force control, the additional motion force drive is linked to the carriage and provides programmable variation of the additional motion force. Implementation of the proposed technical solution allows practical elimination of occurrence of free oscillations of the movable carriage.
