PURPOSE:To provide propylene glycol/water-based title composition having low toxicity, a specific pH value, and excellent anti-corrosive property, stability, and handleability, containing a phosphoric acid mono-salt, a phosphoric acid di-salt, an organic acid, and an alkaline compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition having a pH of between 7.0 and 8.5, and composed 0f (A) 20-80wt%, pref. 40-60wt% aqueous solution of propylene glycol, (B) 0.01-1wt%, based on the solution, of a phosphoric acid mono-salt, (C) 0.02- 5wt% of a phosphoric acid di-salt, (D) 0.01-1wt% of an organic acid, and (E) 0.01-5wt% of an alkaline compound. |
