PURPOSE:To simplify adjustments of TTL circuit by providing two driver circuits which drive separately two transistor switch circuits at an output stage. CONSTITUTION:Output-stage circuit 23 consists of transistor Tr24 and Tr25, resistance 27, diodes 26 and 29, and output terminal 22. Driver circuit 30 driving Tr24 is composed of Tr32 and Tr33, resistances 34 and 36, and diode 35, and driver circuit 31 driving Tr25 is of Tr37 and Tr38, and resistances 40, 41 and 39; the both are independently driven by input signals from input terminal 21. |
