PURPOSE:To lessen switching distortion by allowing a transistor to operate invariably in an active range by switching a B-class push-pull amplifier circuit of transistors by diodes. CONSTITUTION:Between the output lead-out electrode of 1st transistor Q1 and load 9, 1st diode D1 is interposed. Between the output lead-out electrode of 2nd transistor Q2 and load 9, 2nd diode D2 is interposed. Then, current supply circuit 8 is provided which feeds a fixed idling current to 2nd transistor Q2 during the amplifying operation of 1st transistor Q1 and also supplies a fixed idling current to 1st transistor Q1 during the amplifying operation of 2nd transistor Q2. As a result, switching distortion caused by transistors can be suppressed and high-speed operations of transistors become possible, so that a frequency range where distortionless amplification is possible can be widened. |
