PURPOSE:To obtain a magenetic head featuring a small amount of the leak magnetic flux and a large electromagnetic conversion factor by forming the winding part, the magnetic gap part and others via the evaportion, laser beam processing and other method and thus increasing the degree of approximation for the winding to the magnetic gap. CONSTITUTION:Insulated layer 3 and conductor layer 4 are coated in lamination onto the surface of material 1 (bar-type magnetic material) with concave part 1b provided leaving the original state part 1a as it is. Then processing laser beam 6 jetted to layer 4 at part 1b while giving the advance by turning to material 1 centering on the axis of material 1, thus layer 4 being fuse-cut into a helical form. Thus the coil composed of remaining conductor layer part 41 is obtained. Then part 1a is ground to expose magnetic material surface 1a', and glass material 7 is fused and filled into part 1b to be then flattened through the lapping. After this, material 1 is cut off at border surface 5 to obtain a unit body. And magnetic coming-back paths 8 and 9 are provided on the unit body along with magnetic gap 10 formed at the center part of the unit body; thus a magnetic head is formed. |
