PURPOSE:To work bar body end with high precision by short-time electrolytic working without exerting external force to the work by providing a stationary electrode unit constituted by fixing a workpiece and an electrode relatively to each other and an electrolyte spraying device. CONSTITUTION:The workpiece is a nozzle 3 which is sharp-edged at its end face 2, and the material is a tubular member 1. A stationary electrode unit 11 is secured to the working head 12 of the body portion of the electrolytic working device, and a working electrode 16 is formed at the bottom 15 of a bottomed cylindrical portion 14 which has fitted therein a support member 17 adapted to support the member 1. Disposed below and in opposition to the opening 19 of said electrode 16 is an electrolyte supply device 21 consisting of an electrolyte container tank 23 and an electrolyte feed pump 24. An electric device 28 is provided to supply always a constant electrolytic current between the electrode unit 11 and the member 1. This arrangement allows high-precision electrolytic working in a short time without exerting any external force to the workpiece. |
