PURPOSE:To provide title compsn. having excellent adhesiveness and water resistance and suitable for the adhesion of polyolefin to metallic tubes, obtd. by mixing polyolefin, into which carboxyl gp. are introduced, with oil-soluble phenol resin, petroleum resin and low-density polyethylene in a specified wt. ratio. CONSTITUTION:(a) From 20 to 60pts.wt. of polyolefin resin, into which carboxyl gp. are introduced, such as polypropylene-bus copolymer resin obtd. from propylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid, is mixed with (b) from 20 to 50pts.wt. of oil- soluble phenol resin having a softening point below 140 deg.C such as alkylphenol resin, natrual resin modified phenol resin, (c) from 5 to 20pts.wt. of petroleum resin and/ or coumarone-indene resin and (d) from 5 to 20pts.wt. of low-density polyetylene having a melt index of from 7 to 200 with heating in a mixer such as Bondury mixer, kneader to obtain the desired compsn. |
