PURPOSE:To ensure positive electric insulation while facilitating cleaning in tanks by a method wherein water receiving tanks are formed in plural stages in the electrolytic device which separates water into alkaline water and acidic water. CONSTITUTION:Fixed water receiving tanks 4a-4c and electric insulating tank units 5a-5c are supported and settled on a driving shaft 2. Fan-shaped partitioned box bodies 7 are mounted to the elecric insulating tanks 5a-5c in attachable shapes, and exhaust ports 9 opened and closed by means of valve bodies 14 are installed to the bottom. When the shaft 2 is revolved by means of a motor, water is given to a watershed member 23, the valve 14 rises with the rotation of the tank, and water flows into the fixed water receiving tank 4a. Water is supplied to an electrolytic unit 28 from a discharge cylinder 26, alkaline water formed is forwarded to the electric insulating tank unit 5b from a pipe 38, and acidic water is transnitted to the electric insulating tank unit 5c from a pipe 40. Thus, positive electric insulation can be ensured both at the feed-water side and the discharge side. |
