PURPOSE:To perform the fluidity of thermosetting resin and the shaping of winding with the same mold by providing a disc formed by thermosetting resin at the bottom part of the cup of the mould for shaping the winding. CONSTITUTION:A dislike resin plate 4 which is made by kneading on a stage A thermosetting resin together with an additive is placed on a heated mould 3. A mould 5 installing a commutator 6 and an armature winding 1 connected by a lead wire is inserted. By inserting the mould 5, winding 1 is shaped to obtain a fixed size. When the mould 5 arrives at a fixed position, the resin on the plate 4 starts to melt and will be filled up in the bottom part of the cup in the space formed by the moulds. After hardening the resin, the mould will be removed to take out the armature. |
