DEVICE FOR DISPOSAL OF WASTE TIRE BY FLAME JET

PURPOSE:To dispose of waste tire at low cost by stirring the waste tire in a tank and applying flame jet thereto so as to powder the same. CONSTITUTION:Waste tire T is thrown in a feeding hopper 2 and therefrom in a continuous injector 3. The injector 3 injects the waste fire in a disposal tank 6. Then, a flame jet burner 5 inserted in the tank 6 applies flame jet to the tire T. The waste tire T is powdered immediately and enters a classifier 8 together with gasified oil and waste gas of burner. At this time, a fixed quantity of water is jetted in the tank 6 to protect the same. The powder of tire having entered in the classifier 8 is almost carbonized or micronized and almost all settles in the classifier 8. Fine powder of the waste tire T having settled is cooled and taken out by a feeder 10 with a cooling device through the intermediary of a rotary valve 9. The fine powder which has not been collected in the classifier 8 enters further a cyclone 11, whereby being collected completely.
