PURPOSE:To efficiently prevent the corrosion of metallic material with CaCl2 type brine and the formation of scale, by addn. of a specific polyamine to the CaCl2 type brine. CONSTITUTION:A polyamine shown by formula (n>3) such as pentaethylenehexamine, etc. is added to the brine in an amount about 0.001-10% based on CaCl2, pref. in addn., about 0.0001-1% triazole such as benzotriazole etc. is added, thereby restraining the formation of CaCO3 scale, and increasing corrosion preventive effect for metallic material such as mild steel, copper, etc. |
