BROKEN GANODERMA LUCIDUM SPORE POWDER COFFEE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A wall breaking method for ganoderma lucidum spore powder and a broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder coffee drink. The wall breaking method comprises: performing wall breaking treatment by putting ganoderma lucidum spore powder into water. The broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder coffee drink is prepared by using the following method: 2-8 parts by weight of unbroken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 15-45 parts by weight of coffee powder and 100-250 parts by volume of water are used; perform wall breaking treatment on the unbroken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, thus obtaining a broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder solution; and uniformly stir by putting the coffee powder into the solution, thus obtaining the broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder coffee drink, wherein a relation between parts by weight and parts by volume is g/ml.
