PURPOSE:To manufacture long magnetic rolls easily by arranging ferromagnetic powder having magnetic anisotropic property and blended with resin in the magnetizing direction. CONSTITUTION:A blended material comprising ferromagnetic power having magnetic anisotropic property and resin is put into a hopper 1. Said blended material is carried through a cylinder 2, a breaker plate 3, and a die 5 having an electromagnet 4 for magnetic arrangement. During this period, said ferromagnetic powder is arranged along the magnetic path generated by the electromagnet 4. And it is continuously pushed out of a pushing out nozzle 6 as a cylindrical product 7. In this constitution, a long magnetic roll having strong magnetic characteristics can be obtained without connecting work, and the arrangement and magnetization can be carried out at the same time. Therefore, the manufacturing processes can be greatly simplified. |
