PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform magnetic path wohse accuracy in dimensions is excellent; by forming one body together with a yoke, by using thermo-setting or thermo-plastic resin whose main component is a ferromagnetic material. CONSTITUTION:Injection molding or molding is performed with ferrite powder having low magnetic retentivity and the like being a main component, and by blending polyvinyl chloride, nitrile, rubber, polypropylene, and the like as organic matrix. A rear yoke 1, side yokes 2-2''', a center pole 3' and magnets 4 and 5 are all formed 9 into one body. Furthermore, the allowance in dimensions of the magnet 4 is made to be less severe, the abrasive finish is omitted, and the arrangement is made in the mold. The magnetic pole 5 and the yokes 1 and 2 are fixed by said compound material so as to form one body, thereby a magnetic-circuit member can be obtained at a cheaper price. Furthermore, the accuracy in dimensions is excellent, and the characteristics are stable and uniform. |
