PURPOSE:To monolithically adhere together a mold and a primary molded product and to prevent the generation of cavities therein, by a method wherein, when producing a container whose surface has an embossed pattern, the primary molded product having a smooth plane is inserted into a mold having an embossed pattern to inject plastic resins. CONSTITUTION:A primary molded product, which is made of metal or plastic and has a smooth surface, is inserted into a cavity 4 having a desired embossed pattern 5, and resins are injected through a pouring gate 10 after a mold is locked. The parimary molded product 3 is deformed into the embossed pattern on the mold by the heat and injection pressure, and simultaneously, the primary molded product and the injected resins are laminated monolithically. This procedure eliminates the need for the primary molded product to be previously embossed, and thereby permits the efficient mase production of the subject product. |
