PURPOSE:To obtain a highly-stable voltage-current converting circuit of simple circuit constitution by making it possible to obtain easily a voltage, corresponding to an input voltage, at a reference terminal. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage to input terminal IN is zero, electric currents of transistors (TR) Q4, Q5 and Q6 of positive current Miller circuit 3 are equivalent to current I of current I of current source 9. The electric current of TRQ1 of input circuit 1 is current I of current source 13. As the input terminal voltage changes to Vin, input terminal voltage Vin is developed at reference terminal REF without reference to the existence of resistance R. Therefore, the electric current of TRQ6 is I+(Vin/R) and applied to negative current Miller circuit 8. The electric current of TRQ8 appears at output terminal OUT after current value I is subtracted at current source 8. This output current is eventually Vin/R. |
