发明名称 MEASURING DEVICE FOR THERMOLUMINESCENCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of the measuring device for thermoluminescence by a method wherein a false glow signal is generated by using a light-emitting diode so as to check the sensitivity and linearity of the luminescence system. CONSTITUTION:The false glow signal generated by the LED23 is converted into a pulse of a predetermined width and then into an integrated value by the functions of a photomultiplier tube 8 and a photon-counting circuit 14, and the integrated value is compared with a preset value at a digital comparator 30. When the difference between the values is within a predetermined error range, the characteristics of the luminescence system is discriminated as normal. On the other hand, the pulse rate from the photon-counting circuit 14 is converted into an analog glow signal by a linear rate meter 29, the differential value at each instant is compared with the current signal from the LED23 by an analog comparator 31. When the difference is within a predetermined range, the detection system is judged to be normal. When both the integrated value and the differential value are normal, an AND circuit 32 discriminates both the sensitivity and the linearity of the detection system as normal. Accordingly, the reliability of the device is enhanced.
