PURPOSE:To avoid the variance in oscillation frequency due to moisture and to hardly make subjective to the effect of parasitic capacitance, by providing a wiring board including a capacitor in which the rate of water absorption is 0 with the airtight terminal outside the sealing package sealing piezoelectric elements and integrated circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:In sealing package 1 consisting of an airtight terminal 3 sealing and fixing a plurality of terminal pins and a cap 4 fitted and fixed with this airtight terminal 3, a quartz oscillator 9 is fixed to the upper end of terminal pins 5, 6 and an integrated circuit element 10 is stuck at the upper surface of the airtight terminal 3 and wire-bonded to each terminal pin with each pad. Metal layers 19, 20 are provided to a board 18 which is excellent in thermal shock resistance with zero water absorbing rate at a concave 3a under the airtight terminal 3, and a dielectric substance layer 21 which is excellent in thermal shock resistance with zero water absorbing rate is provided at the upper part of it, and a wiring board 17 with a capacitor provided with a metal layer 22 is provided at further upper part and it is fixed with adhesives to a prescribed terminal pin. |
