PURPOSE:To store instruction execution easily without lowering of performance, by giving a constitution where the address used for access to the memory and the control number are used to write the time in the log storage part. CONSTITUTION:When address signal (a) indicating address A and chip select signal (b) are given to terminals 12 and 13, respectively, the instruction and the operand are read from memory 11 and are transmitted to terminal 14. Log storage part 15 is started by these signals (a) and (b). At this time, if signal (d) of write permission signal terminal 22 is 1, control signal 17 generates write signal (c) from signal (b) and writes the time signal generated from time circuit 16 into storage part 15 as write data (e). As a result, the time when a certain address of the memory is accessed is written in the same address of log storage part 15. |
