PURPOSE:To discriminate a measuring area distinctly by the constitution in which a scale mark is provided to finder glass, a position adjusting means is provided to the mounting frame for the finder glass and a level adjusting means is provided to the mounting frame for the sensor. CONSTITUTION:A scale mark 8 indicating the length and position of a sensor is provided on the focal plane of finder glass 3, and the finder glass 3 can be adjusted of its positions in longitudinal and lateral directions by the screws 18, 19 provided to its mounting frame 15. When a mirror 2 is lifted to the position 2' shown by a dotted line, the light past the lens 1 is imaged on a line sensor 6, then the line sensor 6 senses the brightness and darkness of the image formed, thereby making possible the measurement. Then, if the user optically aligns the aperture of the line sensor 6 and the scale mark 8 of the finder 3, the precision measurement by the line sensor camera is made possible and the measurement of a micro-object is made possible as well. |
