PURPOSE:To grasp variations of dynamic characteristics in operation easily, by fixing the process dynamic characteristics while exercising closed-loop control. CONSTITUTION:The output signal Uk of the addition 8 of the output signal U'k of a sampled-value PID control arithmetic part 5 and the identification signal Vk of an identification signal generation part 7 is inputted to a sample holding part 2 to obtain an operation signal U. With a sample process signal Yk obtained through an AD converter 9 from the output signal Uk of the addition part 8 and a process signal (y), the parameter of a transfer function is calculated from the pulse transfer function of a process. This calculation is carried out by a measurement part 13 consisting of a pulse transfer function identification part 10, a transfer function arithmetic part 11 and a measurement output part 12. This transfer function is inputted to the measurement output part 12. |
