PURPOSE:To realize a desired frequency characteristic, by making the elastic loss of one piezoelectric high polymer film >=12% among said two films constituting piezoelectric bimorph. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric bimorph diaphragm plate 1 is constituted by sticking two high polymer piezoelectric films so that the direction of polarization is mutually opposite, and one of the films is made of a composite piezoelectric film consisting of 90wt% ferrodielectric substance ceramic powder, 0-5wt% polyvinylidene fluoride, and balance fluororubber, and the elastic loss is >=12%. |
