In a radiant heating system, which is envisaged in particular as a floor-heating system, heating pipes (3) are fixed on insulating-material panels (1) by holders (4) which touch the pipes with a contact part (5) at least on one generating line facing away from the insulating-material panel. A bent-off part (6) of the holder is designed as a circular swivel bow and is swivelled into the insulating-material panel; situated between the swivel bow and the surface of the insulating-material panel is undamaged insulating material. With this design, a close connection of the heating pipes to the insulating-material panel is guaranteed until the flooring takes over the final fixing. <IMAGE>
